We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the timeframes mentioned below.

Eligible Returns

• Damaged or defective products: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Wrong product delivered: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Order not delivered: Report within 7 days of expected delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Custom or specially ordered products.
• Cement bags and perishable construction materials once opened.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please follow the returns process instead.
